Everything builders, owner-builders and developers ask before their first Trueline order.
Products & Compliance
What We Supply
What products does Trueline Steel supply?
We supply light gauge steel frames — wall frames, roof trusses, floor systems and battens — plus wall and roof cladding. We don’t currently supply windows, doors or other envelope items.
Is your steel certified to Australian Standards?
Yes. All framing is manufactured to AS1397, using G550 high-tensile steel with an AZ150 corrosion coating. Full specification sheets are available on request.
Are you a local manufacturer?
No — Trueline imports and supplies steel framing direct. That’s what allows us to offer sharper pricing than locally-manufactured alternatives, without compromising on AS1397 certification.
Can you supply custom sizes?
Yes. Every frame is engineered to your drawings — custom heights, spans and sections are standard, not an exception.
Ordering & Delivery
Getting Your Order
How do I get a quote?
Send us your plans, or a rough description of the project, via our contact form or by phone. We’ll come back with a direct quote — most quotes are turned around within 48 hours.
Do you deliver outside Perth?
Yes — we regularly deliver across regional and remote WA, including the Pilbara. We’re currently supplying 15 homes in Port Hedland alongside Sandalwood Constructions.
What information do you need for a quote?
Project type (residential, commercial, rural or industrial), approximate m² or frame count, site location, and your required delivery date. Send plans if you have them.
How is the frame delivered?
Cut-to-length and pre-punched for services, packed for efficient container transport, and delivered ready to install — no on-site cutting required.
Working With Us
Builders & Owner-Builders
Do you offer construction or installation services?
No — Trueline is a product supplier. We import and supply certified steel framing and cladding; installation is carried out by your builder or contractor.
I'm an owner-builder — can you help me understand what I need?
Yes. Send us your plans and we’ll talk you through what’s required in plain English, with a fixed, straightforward quote.
Is steel framing more expensive than timber?
Not with Trueline. Direct import pricing, faster installation and zero maintenance mean steel is typically cost-competitive with timber over the life of the build.
Who can I talk to about a large or multi-lot project?
Call us directly on (08) 9249 3969 — developer and multi-lot enquiries get priority scheduling for quoting.
